This AFFILIATE Agreement:

WHEREAS, 

The Brand desires to engage the AFFILIATE as an independent contractor to promote the Brand's products on social media platforms; and

WHEREAS,

The AFFILIATE desires to participate in the Brand's AFFILIATE program and promote the Brand's products
on their social media channels.

NOW, THEREFORE, 

In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the
parties agree as follows:

TERM AND TERMINATION

The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until either party may terminate this Agreement via written email.

AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS

The AFFILIATE agrees to:

a. Maintain a public profile on social media platforms.

b. Tag the Brand on any product purchased from the Brand.

c. Create content featuring the Brand's products from (link unavailable) and post it on their social media channels at least once a day.

d. Add the content to their Instagram Stories.

e. Use the Brand's tag on all posts and stories featuring the Brand's products.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE

The AFFILIATE shall earn a commission of 5% on every sale generated through their unique referral link. The commission shall be calculated based on the net sale amount.

PAYMENT TERMS 

The Brand shall pay the AFFILIATE's commission on a monthly basis, within 30 days of the end of each calendar month. The AFFILIATE must have a minimum balance of $100 to receive payment. Payments shall be made via PayPal.

PAYMENT FEE

The AFFILIATE shall be charged a payment fee of 8.9% on every withdrawal.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If a customer returns items for a refund, the AFFILIATE will not receive the 5% commission on the returned items. The AFFILIATE's dashboard account will
reflect the adjusted commission.
